“Hi!  Welcome to Sigma Rho Beta (Sorority Recruitment Blog).  My name is Sunday.  What’s your name?”

(Panhellenic formal) sorority recruitment is like no other experience you’ll ever have.  Mix speed-dating with rapid-fire friend-making, beauty pageant with job interview, all in a round-robin-type tea party during summer camp, and you’ve got sorority recruitment.

It’s a unique experience.  If you are registered and planning to participate, obviously you want to do well.  For this reason, it’s a good idea to understand some conversation fundamentals so you can be sure to make a good impression.  There are three components that will come into play every time you meet a new woman: the greeting, the transition, and the farewell.
