Carrie Underwood joins the SureSister.com Ambassador Team with experience as a new member educator for her collegiate chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority.   Carrie graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern State University (NSU) in Oklahoma with a degree in journalism and mass communication.  She now lives in Nashville, Tennessee where she works as a singer-songwriter.

Carrie has also been involved with Northeastern’s Downtown Country Show and was selected as Miss NSU runner-up in 2004.

SureSister.com founder Sunday Tollefson believes Carrie’s skillset would help align organizational communications with mission and vision statements.  “Carrie’s education and experience will translate into a more interactive series of tools for our clients.  She is a very busy woman and for her to want become an Ambassador in recognition of her Panhellenic affiliation is an honor.”

Carrie was unavailable for comment at press time.

It is hoped that Carrie will begin her Ambassador role immediately, however her start date will be deferred indefinitely.  The term “honorary” may be incorporated into her title due to this announcement being published without her knowledge on April 1, 2010.

SureSister.com was founded in 2008 to help young women enter sorority recruitment as informed, prepared, confident candidates.  SureSister.com founder Sunday Tollefson is the author of RUSH RIGHT: Reveal Your Best YOU During Sorority Recruitment.
